Our Story
After working for over a decade in the resort development field, our founder decided to start Habitus in 2010 so that he could focus on projects that he would be passionate about in locations that inspired his creativity. After years of honing skill, learning from mistakes and managing risk through volatile market cycles, Habitus has established a very strong track record of delivering success with both integrity and class.

Life is short and we are very selective of who we work with and what we work on — the best results always come from great relationships, wild ideas and having a bit of fun along the way. Most of our clients are high net worth family offices, private equity groups and select landowners.
